I recently took part in the Hot Flash Study, overseen by Dr. Wallace. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If I had any questions they could not answer, they immediately contacted Dr. Wallace for his advice. The process was explained to me thoroughly, and each visit was well organized and timely. It isn’t easy to assess a trial because it’s a journey, unlike a sole experience. That said, Dawson Clinical Research was superb in how they navigated ours. Their staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and perceptive. We were in a trial for a Covid vaccine that was surrounded by variables. Dawson Clinical Research worked diligently and intuitively. They went out of their way to immerse those participating into the mainstream accessibilities made available only to those vaccinated outside our trial. They noted that we shouldn’t be denied access due to trial participation.

Their staff happily expedited all inquiries and were open to any questions posed throughout the trial. They were invested in our journey, and though we travelled from Toronto to Guelph to participate, it was more than worth it. Their entire staff was highly professional, skilled and knowledgeable. They ensured that inquiries and accesses were consistently made available to us. Accessibility is particularly significant during the days of Covid and all the existing restrictions. The experience of being in their trial was beyond anything that I suspected it would be. Strange as it might sound, it was an absolute pleasure being part of a historical trial for a Canadian biotech company. It was here that Dawson Clinical Research really shined as the custodian overseeing an innovative plant-based vaccine.

I would happily assign ten stars for all that Dawson Clinical Research did, particularly their attention to detail—consistently going over and above on behalf of all the participants—demonstrating diligent and thorough reporting to their clients without losing sight of respect and convenience for their participants. Ensuring there would be no disruption to their lives while being part of the trial.  DG
